If you need to return or exchange your helmet or hard hat for any reason, please fill out a Return Authorization form and email it in to returns@bernunlimited.com. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to send you a Bern issued RA number. Once you receive an RA #, please write the number clearly on the box and send it into the address on the bottom of the form. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
Bern's warranty program covers all of our products from 1 year of purchase. Please fill out the warranty form with a brief description of the problem and email it into warranty@bernunlimited.com. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to send you a Bern issued RA number. Once you receive an RA #, please write the number clearly on the box and send it into the address on the bottom of the form. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
If you crash and damage your helmet in any way, please fill out the damage replacement form and email it into returns@bernunlimited.com with the subject "Damage Replacement". If possible, pictures of your damaged helmet will be helpful in determining if you need a replacement. Please allow at least 48 hours for Bern to send you a RA number. Once you receive an RA number, write that number clearly on the box and send it into the address on the bottom of the form with a check for $35.00 made out to Bern Unlimited.
When removing your snap-in liner, please be sure to secure your grip near the snaps and pull from the inside out.
